Exhibit Installation

All exhibits must be ready for show by 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 25, 2010.

Exhibit Dismantling

Any exhibitor dismantling prior to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, January 25, 2010 may be denied future exhibit opportunities.

Sponsorship & Advertising

Exhibitors may maximize their exposure by becoming one of the event sponsors or advertising in the official show program. Affordable levels of sponshorships are available to fit a variety of budgets. For more information, please visit www.techmecca.net.

Payment Schedule
A non-refundable deposit of $1,300 per 10' x 10' booth or $2,595 per 10' x 20' booth is due no later than October 1, 2009 with the Exhibitor Booth Application and Contract completed online. The balance is due no later than December 24, 2009. Booth space may be reassigned if payments are not received by indicated dates.
